I don’t want to use my new car in the salt slush this winter, it cost me ,000 and I want to safe it from the ravages of winter, so I am looking for a nice used car, one that is already certified, emissions tested, and has good acceleration, and great brakes for winter safety. I don’t want a car that will fall apart, break down, or give lousy performance ! And it would also be great if it came along with a set of 4 winter tires on separate rims. I am ready to offer for such a car. Where can I find a car like this, everything seems to be at least 0 and up, and nothing under 0 is certified. What is wrong with everyone, do they think I’m made of money or something ?

Why do people ask so much for their hunks of junk, especially when those cars are not certified and not fit for the road?

A guy down the street has a 10 year car (Mazda) with 150,000 miles, its his daily driver, and he tells me he’s wiling to hand it to me for ,000. It will come with 4 NEW winter tires, separate rims, all new brakes all round, and it will certified and e-tested too. I told him the most I can offer him is 0 , but that’s only because I like the guy, and do you believe he balked at that !!! ?
